Clubs edit

Got a question here (sorry if it's not the right format): Some players will go to new club after the RWC. Shouldn't this club appear? This is the case for Luke Burgess, Australia, and Steenkamp (South Africa) heading to Toulouse (France) after the RWC. And also for Bakkies Botha (South Africa), heading to Toulon (France), after the RWC.

It's already done this way for some other players changing club after RWC (for example Max Evans, David Skrela, Fabrice Estebanez, Alexis Palisson, Cédric Heymans, Lee Byrne, Mike Phillips...)

I wondered this too when I entered the NZ team. Personally I think the club they played for when they made the word cup squad should be used. Either way it should be kept consistent for all teams. AIRcorn (talk) 12:51, 6 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
I think that all players should be listed at their 'old' club/province/franchise. This is the team from which they were selected, it also fits the model used for other sporting codes. I suggested that players be listed at the 2010-11 teams for northen hemisphere teams and their 2011 season teams for southern hemisphere teams. Crazydude22 (talk) 08:43, 9 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Caps edit

I thought the idea would be to have the caps column set to what each player had at the opening of the world cup and not be updated as the tournament went on? Noticed that New Zealand have been updated, but other countries haven't. Tastyniall (talk) 18:59, 10 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
