Re-inventing the wheel
editThe process of working on this article was unique.
At the same time, some of the steps in collaborative editing may be similar to other articles about other summits.
It is reasonable to list a few comments about what was learned during work on the 2011 G-20 Cannes summit?
Perhaps this thread can help mitigate lessons learned the hard way? --Tenmei (talk) 21:33, 22 February 2011 (UTC)
Twitter from Sarkozy
editIn context of a Wikipedia talk:Verifiability#Newbie Question Regarding Twitter, the following was removed from the text of the article:
- Twitter, official page of the 2011 G20 summit, G20#G20 #Sarkozy: "Thanks to #France, the ILO is now a permanent guest invited to #G20 meetings." Tue Jan 25 2011 13:30:07 EST via web</ref>
It suggests a "heads up" for something which needs to be added when a reliable source citation becomes available. --Tenmei (talk) 20:24, 7 April 2011 (UTC)
Italian Prime Ministre?
editItaly has not a "Prime Ministre" but a President of Council — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.92.153.12 (talk) 14:40, 3 November 2011 (UTC)
- Same thing, and common name reference in reputable sources is Prime Minister. This is already reflected on our wiki page for the Italian PM [1]. 204.65.34.23 (talk) 16:25, 3 November 2011 (UTC)

Protests
editI removed the sentence that said, "Since the 2008 G20 summit, protests have occurred at every summit", because that would include later summits such as the 2016 G20 Hangzhou summit at which protests were not allowed. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 02:39, 9 July 2017 (UTC)
