I highly suspect that the map used in the article is the HoR redistricting plan from 2011 (unless WI did a mid-decade redistricting), which wouldn't be used up until the 2012 elections. The proper map is https://ballotpedia.org/File:WI_Congressional_districts.gif which is from the 2000 redistrictingQwed117 (talk) 01:16, 8 January 2018 (UTC)Reply
