Celebreties mentioned
editDoes "Gene Simmons, Star Jones, Jenny McCarthy, and Melissa Joan Hart were also in Louisville for the 133rd race.[2]" really have any encyclopedic value? I can understand that the Queen of England deserves a mention in this context, but the other ones? Malc82 01:19, 6 May 2007 (UTC)
- IMHO, this has no encyclopedic value at all. Celebrities come to the Derby every year. The Queen's visit is historic, so that must be included. Stevie is the man! Talk • Work 16:37, 6 May 2007 (UTC)
I am sorry - I am not a horse racing insider and I do not know too well the way the results are usually published - but I really think there is a complete mess in the tables here as it seems to me that Street Sense won - not Curlin as written here, it won later in the Preakness. Can anyone check and in case of need correct it? Sorry if I am wrong. Okino 13:00, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
- I checked the history and see it now - it was a result of undisclosed vandalism. I am reverting it. Okino 14:16, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
