Free agent re-signings edit

We should include players who have become free agents and then chose to re-sign with their same team. This would provide useful information about free agent signings that is currently omitted from the lists. A player should not be included if he re-signs before becoming a free agent, but if he re-signs after becoming a free agent he should be included in the list.
