Talk:2006 Middle East Crisis

Hi.

It is written "Lebanon", "Israel" and "Israeli". I am also a nonnative English speaker so, in case of doubt, I suggest you to google the word (or whole expressions) or to look for the correct spelling in Wikipedia.

the article looks like a POV-fork of 2006 Israel-Lebanon crisis. Pecher Talk 14:05, 15 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
It was not ment to be POV (and I don't think it is). I just initiated it hoping for others to come and help writing it. That's all. The article's scope is much broader than 2006 Israel-Lebanon crisis.--Welondekaw21:43, 15 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

I believe this and many other pages should more accurately avoid using "Muslim" casualties in this conflict...the Israeli side is not described as having Jewish casualties (even though they may all in fact be Jewish). The logic behind it is simple: to avoid adding to the already-controversial notion of a religiously-based conflict. Cheers. --Jamal 10:58, 16 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Honestly...Syria??? Since when does Wiki arbitrarily assign parties to a conflict? I removed it from the list of parties involved. Cheers. --How's my editing so far? Call 1-800-2GOOD4U! 10:23, 19 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
