"Summary of Legislative Analyst's Estimate of Net State and Local Government Fiscal Impact:
The measure would not result in a significant fiscal impact on state and local governments."
According to my Official California Ballot, the description of the law reads:
"Fiscal Impact: One-time costs of $1 million to $2 million and ongoing costs of about $1 million annually to record legislative meetings and make videos of those meetings available on the iInternet."
It seems the fiscal impact is significant. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Greneyes (talk • contribs) 08:16, 13 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
