  • Tapah was short-lived and didn't have a significant difference in the wind speeds. I'm assuming you meant why, and not who. If you mean who, technically we shouldn't have to, since JMA is the official warning center, so officially the storm's peak was whatever they said. --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 22:35, 23 November 2012 (UTC)

  • Not every storm section needs to have a MH paragraph and an impact paragraph. If a storm lasts for a while, and it impacts several areas, it's better to mention the impact when you mention the area it hits. As for Higos, its impact only happened where it made landfall, so the separate impact paragraph makes sense. --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 22:35, 23 November 2012 (UTC)
