I edited the use of the word "Fringe" when describing non-establishment candidates. This is a pejorative term. I think that the Greens and others are a vibrant part of our civic life with many good ideas. If there was a level playing field with PR and a fair media they would enjoy far greater support.
I also noted that the table reproduced did not accurately list the ballot paper description in the case of Pat Harrington. This was 'Official National Front' but had been put down as 'Independent National Front' so I changed it.
