Description of the racist categorization by the Portuguese colonial regime is missing edit

The Salazar dictatorship of Portugal had a racist classification for the people in its colonies. The desctiption is missing from this article, and the omission of this is a very serious violation of the "non-partisan viewpoint" principle.
