Entrant for Leslie Johnson edit

Sheldon & Rabagliati's "Black Book" lists Johnson's entrant as "ERA Ltd". Are there any reputable sources confirming "Taso Mathieson" as the entrant? DH85868993 01:56, 5 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Alfa Romeo links edit

All F1-related references to "Alfa Romeo" are deliberately linked to the redirect Alfa Romeo (Formula One) rather than the target of the redirect (Alfa Romeo in motorsport#Formula One) so that in case the place where Alfa Romeo's F1 involvement is described ever changes, we only need to update the redirect, rather than all the links (of which there are hundreds). -- DH85868993 23:43, 6 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Qualifing time - Johnny Claes edit

Hello I found several different sources different time laps for Johnny Claes. But can not be found on the official website f1.com these results.

Time 2:08.2 (wikipedia)
Time 2:08.8 (chicanef1.com f1wm.pl motorsport-total.com f1ultra.pl and other sites)

Mike Lang's Grand Prix! also says 2:08.8. So I've changed it. Nice pickup. Thanks. DH85868993 (talk) 05:14, 11 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Not Classified edit

Does anyone know what criteria was used to decide that Joe Kelly was not classified? The obvious answer is that he didn't complete 90% of the race but that rule was not in place at the time as far as I am aware. There are other examples of F1 GP finishers being classified with less than 90% race distance completed. There must be some other rule used at the time? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.195.109.225 (talk) 18:45, 17 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

If memory serves, it depended on the race organisers. Therefore there wasn't a consistent rule for non-classification, which is a bit of a pain. You are right though that the 90% rule didn't come in until much later. Bretonbanquet (talk) 19:05, 17 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
