• "Crops in the areas effected saw large losses, particularly the rice crop." Grammar error, "effected" ---> "affected"

• "at the local municipal airport" - Why not just call it the San Antonio International Airport or San Antonio Airport, as there are several other city names mentioned before the last use of the city name San Antonio?

• Why is the buttons template not at the bottom of the page? Don't worry, I would ask you to change them, since this isn't an FA. :P
