I have made some year layout proposals which would affect a significant proportion of the year pages: an example of proposed style is 1850. It is detailed on my talk page.

If no-one flags where I have put the discussion on my talk page that they object in a month I will start making everything consistent. It may take some time... --BozMo 10:38, 7 May 2004 (UTC)(talk)Reply

This number 1824 is an even number to the seed I'm planting for discussion. Tho , being 19 years ago was the last time it was mentioned. An update of the figure could have solid facts to unspecified questions that could arise from our new beginning in the present tense. 2600:1700:76A0:4320:1CD2:5831:2154:8BA3 (talk) 02:48, 16 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Impossible claim edit

In the article, it reads "March 11 - The United States War Department creates the Bureau of Indian Affairs and Ely Parker of the Seneca tribe becomes its first director."

However, if you look at the article for Ely Parker, you discover that he was not born until 1828. A bit precocious of him to become the first director of the Bureau of Indian Affairs four years prior to his birth?

Trade Unions were legalized in UK edit

In 1824 trade unions were "legalized" in UK, see History of trade unions in the United Kingdom , should be added to this article --Cholo Aleman (talk) 03:52, 23 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
