This song was not sent to radio anywhere. It is most certainly not being promoted as a single by Beyoncé's team, as that would be Texas Hold 'Em. Beyoncé's website lists THE as the first single. Agree. This article should be edited to reflect that it is a promotional single. Similar to Camila Cabello's "Havana" (lead single) and "OMG" (promotional single), and "Love Story (Taylor's Version)" (is considered a promo single since it was never sent to radio). You're both incorrect. "Love so Soft" was a full single. There's no such thing as "its not sent to radio so its not a single". Outside of the US, there's very rarely a radio release. In the UK for example, songs aren't released to radio because radio airplay doesn't count in the charts. What you have said is original research. Other stuff existing doesn't set a precedent.
