.45 Schofield edit

It is my understanding that the .45 Schofield can be fired in 454 chambers just as the .45 Colt can be. ANy comments?--Counsel (talk) 22:01, 17 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

The .45 Schofield article says that it can usually be fired in .45 Colt chambers. There may be a unacceptable difference in rim thickness. YMMV. Safety first, always. AliveFreeHappy (talk) 22:14, 17 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Specs & Parts edit

The statement that ...The new Casull round uses a small rifle primer rather than a pistol primer, because it develops extremely high chamber pressures of over 60,000 CUP (copper units of pressure) (410 MPa), and has a significantly stronger cup than a pistol primer.... seems to imply that the Casull round uses a small rifle primer because it has ... features of that part. The sentance should be changed to reflect the need, rather than the use because it has. Change has to read needs or requires. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 144.183.224.2 (talk) 22:58, 25 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
