The first letter ayn = ع = ` is ignored when putting this article name in alphabetical order somewhere, i.e. it's considered to start with "u" for alphabetisation in the en.wikipedia: see Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style_(Arabic)#Alphabetization. i've put this as a DEFAULTSORT template, which should apply automatically to categories.
