Quality and Notability edit
Noting the not unreasonable Prod rationale "I am not even sure what this article is about (desperatly needs rewrite per our Manual of Style), but whatever it is (an art center, most likely), the notability is not documented. Also, unreferenced.", I've simplified the article (removing the wholesale text copied from the gallery's website and instead adding an External Link) and added a first reference to the Culture.pl site. One reference is certainly not enough, but I'm inclining towards keeping the article? Better if it could be improved with more references and better text though.
