Talk:Émilie Jolie

I'm no expert, just a random Internet user. I thought that French (from France) editorial standards typically reject accent marks on capital letters, so Émilie is "incorrect" and Emilie is "correct". For example before the introduction of the euro, the last 50 French franc bill had aviator and author Saint-Exupéry on it, and when people noticed it had been printed "Saint-Éxupéry", they re-issued all of them with the "corrected" uppercase spelling Saint-Exupéry. 2601:646:8101:7B40:0:0:0:9325 (talk) 20:27, 19 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
