I noticed that at one point it notes he graduated from uni, and at it states he specifically does not. This seems to need some resolution...

Conflicting info regarding the 1982 elections

edit

@Thinker78: Thanks for your recent edits regarding Arzú's mayor election in 1982. I was puzzled at first, because I was pretty sure I was following the reference when I wrote that the election results were annulled; I see now that the reference matches what you wrote. Turns out I got the earlier information from another reference ([1] - specifically, the last sentence of the second paragraph). What would be the best way to state this conflicting information in the article? –FlyingAce✈hello 02:35, 6 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

It looks like the info may not be conflicting or very conflicting. The Barcelona ref you mentioned only give us more information not included in the muni ref. Both sources say that he declined taking the post. I guess maybe it is a matter of semantics if the post was mayor or municipal intendent, I simply worked around it. I made further edits. That certainly works. Thanks! –FlyingAce✈hello 19:29, 6 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Assessment downgrade

edit

Tbhotch Please provide rationale for your downgrade of the WikiProject assessments and specify what are your concerns about the article that makes it only a C class. Thanks1 Thinker78 (talk) 21:57, 11 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

It does not satisfy Wikipedia:Content assessment's B-class: Lead too short and other MOs issues, lacks biographic information from his birth to 1970s and his presidency, and in general too short in comparison with es:Álvaro Arzú, especially for an ex-president. © Tbhotch (en-2.5). 02:02, 12 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
