Formation
editThe Chief Minister was established after Syed Murad Ali Shah was elected as the Provincial Chief Minister for the third consecutive time with an overwhelming majority.

editThe cabinet took oath in a phased manner. In the first phase, the 12-member Sindh Cabinet took oath.[1][2][3]
- Sharjeel Inam Memon: Department of Excise, Taxation and Narcotics, Department of Transport and Mass Transit.
- Azra Fazal Pechuho: Ministry of Health and Population Welfare.
- Nasir Hussain Shah: Planning and Development, Department of Energy.
- Syed Sardar Ali Shah: Department of College Education, Department of School Education and Literacy, and Department of Mines and Minerals Development.
- Saeed Ghani: Public Health Engineering and Rural Development, Local Government and Housing Town Planning Department.
- Jam Khan Shoro: Minister of Irrigation and Food Department.
- Zia Ul Hassan Lanjar: Parliamentary Affairs, Interior and Law, and Criminal Prosecution.
- Sardar Muhammad Bakhsh Khan Mahar: Supply and Prize, Agriculture, Sports and Youth Affairs, Inquiries, and Anti-Corruption Establishment.
- Ali Hassan Zardari: Prisons.
