Samuel Andrew Malin of Hailes, Baron of Hailes (born September 1963)[1] is a Canadian-British businessman billionaire and noble Lord in the Baronage of Scotland due to a 13th-century castle in Scotland attached to the Lordship of Hailes, he resides in Madagascar and the United Kingdom.

He was a supposedly investor and president of Burke's Peerage in 2017 but there is no proof of directorship or ownership on companies house only Tatler press articles.[2][3] He also does not have a Burke's Peerage profile.[1]
Lord of Hailes made his fortune in oil and gas.[4]
He is married to the singer Irene Major, Lady Hailes and has 9 children.[5]
The couple appears on a Channel 5 TV series Britain's Flashiest Families.[6]
The family seat is Ingress Abbey.[5]
