Ruric Nevel Roark (May 19, 1859 – April 14, 1909) was an American academic administrator who served as the 1st President of Eastern Kentucky University from 1906 until his death in 1909. His wife Mary Creegan Roark was appointed to fill the absence left by his death.[1][2][3]
