Rupa Bishwakarma is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the Nepali Congress Party. Bishwakarma is currently serving as the Minister of State for Forests and Environment of Government of Nepal since 3 August 2024.[1][2][3][4] She is currently serving as a member of the 2nd Federal Parliament of Nepal. In the 2022 Nepalese general election she was elected as a proportional representative from the dalit people category.[5][6]
