Ramen Deka (born 1 March 1954) is an Indian politician currently serving as the 8th Governor of Chattisgarh.[1] He was a member of Bharatiya Janata Party. He was a Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha in the 16th Lok Sabha and represented Mangaldoi (Lok Sabha constituency). He is a former National Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party[2] and President of the BJP Assam.
