The Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones (OPAZ) is a governmental body in the Sultanate of Oman. The Royal Decree No 105/2020 established OPAZ in August 2020.[1] The Special Economic Zone Authority strives to create an investment-friendly environment based on the ease of starting a business ("single window"). The Special Economical Zone and Free Zones offers a wide range of business support services from one center, all services for the creation of your business are provided exclusively in one specialized center to ensure the provision of effective and operational services to investors.[2]
