Status report from the Portals WikiProject edit

Wikipedia:WikiProject Portals is back!

The project was rebooted and completely overhauled on April 17th, 2018.

Its goals are to revitalize the entire portal system, make building and maintaining portals easier, and design the portals of the future.

As of April 29th, membership is at 56 editors, and growing.

There are design initiatives for revitalizing the portals system as a whole, and for each component of portals.

Tools are provided for building and maintaining portals, including automated portals that update themselves in various ways.

And, if you are bored and would like something to occupy your mind, we have a wonderful task list.

Article selection criteria edit

Additional articles can be found using the table below.

Article selection criteria for the portal from Portal:Bulgaria/Selected article:

Feel free to add featured or top/high importance articles to the list above. Other articles may be nominated here.

Per a lack of many recognized content articles (FA- and GA-class) available at this time, in my view it is best that additional non-FA/GA articles that are well developed are added, to round-out the portal to provide a more comprehensive topical overview. Of note is that many article assessments on talk pages are out-of-date. For example, sometimes a well-developed article that is clearly B-class is innacurately denoted as still being a stub.
