The University of Nebraska-Lincoln chapter of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity was founded in 1875.[2] They hired architect Martin I. Aitken to designed their chapter house in 1937.[2]

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on May 28, 1986.[1]

Architecture edit

The Phi Delta Theta chapter house consists of three-stories.[2] It was built by the Olson Construction Company in 1937. The Art Deco style building is constrcotued of limestone.[2]
