International career edit

At the youth level he was on the squad for the 2011 FIFA U-17 World Cup,[3] although he didn't play. He later played in the 2015 African U-20 Championship[4] as well as its qualifiers.[5]

In January 2014, coach Claude Leroy invited him to be a part of the Congolese national squad for the 2014 African Nations Championship.[2][6] The team was eliminated in the group stages after losing to Ghana, drawing with Libya and defeating Ethiopia.[7][8]
