Norman Foster (military officer)

Major general Norman L. Foster CB DSO (born 1909) was a British Army General Officer Commanding (GOC) in Duke of Wellington's Regiment of the Royal Nigerian Military Forces between 1959 and 1962.[1][2][3][4]
