Nitin Kumar Gupta is an Indian film director, producer, and music composer known for his works in Hindi cinema.

Early life and education

Gupta graduated with a medical degree from the King Edward Memorial Hospital and Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College.[citation needed]

Career

Gupta has composed the film score for Road to Sangam (2010), which won him the Best Foreign Film Original Score award at the Los Angeles Reel Film Festival.[1] His film Sayonee (2020), won the Filmfare and Midday Icon Awards for Best Debut and Entertainer.[2][failed verification] He also contributed to L.A.C. (2020),[3] Love in Ukraine (2022),[4] Walk (2023),[5]

Gupta holds the rights to make a film on the 1982 hit Disco Dancer, and the sequel, Disco Dancer 2.[6][7] He also holds the rights to make a film on the adult comic character Savita Bhabhi.[8]
