Personal Life and Education

Naveen Goyal was born on February 25, 1984, in Tosham, Bhiwani district, Haryana. He comes from a respected family known for their commitment to social service. His father, Late Shri Jai Kishan Das Goyal, and his mother, Late Smt. Angoori Devi Goyal, greatly influenced his values and dedication to public service. Raised in Gurugram, Haryana, he completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree, which laid the foundation for his career in public service and politics.

Political Career

Naveen Goyal is a prominent political figure, formerly serving as the State Coordinator of the Trade Cell, Bharatiya Janta Party Haryana.[4][5] In this capacity, he played a key role in connecting the government with the business community, ensuring traders voices were heard at the highest levels.[8] Goyal has been pivotal in multiple election campaigns, including the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, where his leadership in the "Mai Bhi Modi Ka Parivar" campaign contributed to the victory of MP Rao Inderjit Singh in Gurugram Loksabha.[9][10] He has also been actively involved in the 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha and Assembly elections, as well as local municipal elections, helping secure the BJP’s success.

In addition to his election campaign efforts, Goyal has held multiple key positions within the party, including:

After being denied a BJP ticket for the Gurugram constituency, Naveen Goyal resigned from the party and decided to run as an independent candidate in the 2024 Haryana Legislative Assembly election.[13][14] He was also the close contenders in 2019 Haryana Assembly Elections from Gurugram seat but denies back then as well.[15]

Naveen Goyal is contesting the 2024 Haryana Legislative Assembly election for the Gurugram constituency as an independent candidate.[1][17] Despite being regarded as the best probable candidate for the BJP,[18][19] he was denied a ticket, leading him to resign from the party.[13][14] Goyal’s decision to run independently reflects his commitment to addressing local issues without party constraints.[20]

CanWinn Foundation

Naveen Goyal co-founded the CanWinn Foundation to provide affordable healthcare to the residents of Gurugram. The foundation operates initiatives like Arogya Dham[21], CanWinn Polyclinics and Arogya Rath, aimed at delivering essential medical services to underserved populations.[22] Additionally, the foundation focuses on empowering women and youth through skill development and employment programs.[23][24]

Community Service

Goyal has led several community service initiatives, including the Atal Seva Kendra, which offers services such as Aadhaar registration, voter ID, and pension schemes. He has also contributed to improving local infrastructure and transportation services, playing a key role in enhancing connectivity for the residents of Gurugram.[25] His efforts in clean-up drives and beautification projects have further contributed to the community's welfare.[26][27][12]

Environmental Conservation

Committed to environmental sustainability, Goyal has spearheaded tree plantation drives across Haryana and initiated campaigns like "Mera Ped, Meri Jimmedari." These efforts aim to promote environmental awareness and conservation, contributing to a greener and cleaner Gurugram.[28][29]

COVID-19 Relief

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Goyal played a vital role in providing relief through the CanWinn Foundation. His efforts included distributing meals, masks, and sanitizers, as well as organizing COVID-19 tests and care centers. He also helped facilitate oxygen supplies and plasma donations to support critically ill patients.
