The National Communications Authority (NCA) of Ghana is the Government of Ghana agency, the statutory body mandated to license and to regulate electronic communications activities and services in the country.[1]The Non-Executive Board Chairman is Mr. Isaac Emmil Osei-Bonsu Jnr.[2]
