Narrative career counselling is a postmodern approach to career counseling based on the philosophical foundations of constructivism and social constructionism. By emphasizing the role of stories and narratives in shaping people's identities, narrative career counselling prioritizes reflective facilitation, meaning-making, and agency promotion as major desired activities and outcomes of career counseling.[1]
