Miltiradiene synthase (EC 4.2.3.131, SmMDS, SmiKSL) is an enzyme with systematic name (+)-copaly-diphosphate diphosphate-lyase (cyclizing, miltiradiene-forming).[1][2] This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction
