Plot

edit

The film starts with a teenager, Tejaswi Thota, who works as cameraman in a studio. After getting rejected by his childhood crush, he edits her photo with a nude cabaret from a magazine. He starts seeking pleasure in voyeurism, and starts blackmailing women by shooting their intimate videos, and extorting money from them. During the events of the previous film, he keeps on blackmailing women, with spy cameras being supplied by his watchman in Mansion Heights. He gets caught by a few agents but manages to escape, at the same time of the fight that occurs between Babu Mohan and Abhi.

After the events of the previous film, Babu and Yesu are sacked out of their jobs and kicked out of their houses. They see a job opening from a special agency - H.E. Team or the High Emergency Team, by bribing their way after failing in their training. However, they continue stealing little portions of money as they get insufficient salaries. On Yesu's birthday, they go to Karma Hub & Lounge, the most happening place in the city. They notice the popular actor, "Youth Star" Yuva, who became a pop-culture icon after he acted as Ravi Teja in Meth Vadalara, directed by Litesh Lana, based their own life, but changed the climax by killing Abhi, Babu, Yesu, and Myrah. However, Babu recognizes him as Ravi Teja himself. After that, Babu and Yesu go to the restroom and discover two young people, Rohan and another person, smuggling drugs. They inform the H.E. Team and create a ruckus.

Aakash, the owner of Karma Hub & Lounge, arrives and gets hyperactive. Once again, after Yuva, Babu recognizes him as Tejaswi Thota, leaving him flabbergasted. Michael and Nidhi, cops from the H.E. Team and Babu and Yesu's colleagues, arrive and ask Babu and Yesu to give the drug stamps and leave. On their way back, they give a ride to a girl and drop her home. They park their car at the H.E. Team headquarters, and sleep. In the morning, they are assigned a case from Dhaamini, the district magistrate. She tells them that her daughter, Riya, has been kidnapped, and that the kidnapper had sent her a video, asking a ransom of 2 crores; Babu and Yesu decide to steal a huge sum of money as the agency does not have enough funds to cover the ransom money.

They suggest Dhaamini to deal with the case unofficially while the duo finds clues from the video and traces the location. After a fight, they see Riya, and then orchestrate another play, but eventually get caught, due to their anxiety, as Riya, and their car, is missing. Dhaamini gives them a six-hour deadline to find Riya. After that, they get an anonymous call stating that Riya is kidnapped and demanding another 10 lakhs. They reach the location, Lakeview Lodge, and go to the room. But they see Aakash, and threaten him with a revolver, as they believe he kidnapped Riya again. Within no time, Aakash is shot dead, by someone else, who is not in the room.

The H.E. Team arrives at the crime scene; Babu and Yesu successfully fool Michael and contaminate the crime scene. After that night, they reach their office just to find the real Dhamini, filing a missing case on Riya. Just then, Michael receives an anonymous video through email, which shows Babu and Yesu killing Aakash in Lakeview Lodge. They run to their car to escape but are stunned to see Riya's corpse in their car's back seat. Somehow, the duo manages to escape by deserting the car in a slum. After that Babu and Yesu go to the fake Dhaamini's house and get to know that the house was a shooting place for serials and films. This was all played by Aakash. They go to the previous kidnapper,
