Martin B. Cohen (1923–2007) was an American film producer, best known for his work in the exploitation field.[1]

He was manager of Bruce Dern.[2]

He wrote and produced Humanoids of the Deep. The success of this led to him announcing he was going to embark on a $36 million production slate, which included a variety of movies including sequels to Piranha and Humanoids of the Deep as well as The House Where Evil Dwells. Only the latter film was made.[3][4]
