Markéta Veselá (born 28 December 1970) is a Czech architect.

Education edit

Veselá was born in Brno, and attended Slovanske Namesti Grammar School in Brno in 1989. She studied architecture at Brno University of Technology, where she graduated in 1994.[1] In 1995, she began postgraduate study at INEA in Rouen.

Career edit

Between 1996 and 2000, Veselá worked in Brno's architectural studios. She founded the Maura Architectural Practice (Ateliér Maura) in February 2001.[1]
