Marcus Vermey is an Australian small business owner and politician, currently serving as a candidate for the Liberal Party of Australia in the upper house seat of Nelson. He is also known for his career as a butcher and is the owner of Vermey's Quality Meats located in Sandy Bay, Tasmania.[1]

Vermey is the owner of Vermey's Quality Meats, a well-known butcher shop. He has built a reputation for providing high-quality meats and has been involved in the trade for numerous years.[2]
In June 2024, Marcus Vermey announced his candidacy for the Upper House seat of Nelson as a member of the Liberal Party.[3]
