Larry Jackson is an American business executive. He is the CEO of Gamma, a music company he co-founded with Ike Youssef in 2023 with US$1 billion in start-up capital.[1][2] He was also formerly an Apple executive.[3]
Biography
editWhen he was 9, Jackson's father got him an apprenticeship at National Weather Service in Redwood City. At 17, he was "practically running" his local radio station.
He served for 7 years as Global Creative Director at Apple Music (which he helped launch) since 2014. He has also produced albums for many artists such as Whitney Houston and Jennifer Hudson.[4]
In September 2022, he left Apple Music to start his company Gamma.[5]
