Khris Bogle (born October 9, 2000)[1] is an American football defensive end for the Michigan State Spartans. He previously played for the Florida Gators.

Early life and high school

Bogle attended high school at Cardinal Gibbons. In Bogle's senior season, he played in just nine games due to injury but totaled 54 total tackles with 18.5 tackles going for a loss, eight sacks, two fumble recoveries, two passes defended, and a block kicked.[2] Coming out of high school, Bogle initially decided to commit to play college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide.[3][4] However, Bogle decided to flip his commitment to play for the Florida Gators.[5][6]

College career

In Bogle's first season in 2019, he notched 18 tackles with two and a half being for a loss, two sacks, and a pass deflection.[7] In the 2020 season, Bogle made 28 tackles with four being for a loss, three and a half sacks, and a forced fumble.[8] During the 2021 season, Bogle tallied 23 tackles with three and a half being for a loss, and a sack and a half.[9] After the conclusion of the 2021 season, Bogle decided to enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal.[10][11]

Michigan State

Bogle decided to transfer to play for the Michigan State Spartans.[12][13] During the 2022 season, Bogle notched 11 tackles with three being for a loss, and a sack.[14] During the 2023 season, Bogle played in ten games with five starts totaling 14 tackles with two being for a loss, and a sack and a half.[15] After the conclusion of the 2023 season, Bogle decided to once again enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal.[16][17] However just under a month later, Bogle decided to withdraw from the transfer portal.[18][19]
