Joseph E. Hurley (May 29, 1910 – October 8, 1968) was an American politician. He served as a Democratic member for the 3rd district of the Washington House of Representatives.[1]

Hurley was a Spokane attorney.[2]

Hurley served in the Washington House of Representatives[1] from 1939 to 1943 and again from 1951 to 1953.

Hurley died[3] on October 8, 1968, at the age of 58.
