The sources include two blog posts which (even if they were not WP:UGC) represent trivial passing mentions that do not support the text they are alongside. The only other source is a directory entry in a work which contains hundreds (thousands?) of entries - if every single Anglican clergy member in Britain and Ireland. A WP:BEFORE search returns nothing. A Google search returns barely ~50 results. Including the 2x blogposts. And mirrors of this Wikipedia article. And nothing else. (proposed by Guliolopez)

John Barnhill Smith McGinley was a 20th-century Irish Anglican priest.^[1]

McGinley was educated at Trinity College, Dublin. He was ordained deacon in 1928 and priest in 1929. He was Curate at Drumcondra from 1928 to 1932 and then of Monkstown from 1932 to 1935. He held incumbencies at Ballyburly, Athy and Achill.^[2] He was Archdeacon of Glendalough from 1959^[3] to 1970.
