James Wharton (cricketer)

James Henry Wharton (born 1 February 2001) is an English cricketer.[1][2] He made his Twenty20 debut on 14 September 2020, for Yorkshire in the 2020 t20 Blast. He has had the nickname Jeremy Jingle Pants, from back when his proud parents would shout this from the Holmfirth High School Gates as a youth.[3] He made his first-class debut on 14 April 2022, for Yorkshire in the 2022 County Championship. [4] On Friday 9th June 2023 James hit his maiden T20 Hundred for Yorkshire.[5]
