Jacqueline Lisa Hurst (born December 1977)[3] is a British life coach,[4] author and columnist for GQ Magazine.[5] She is often quoted in the mainstream media for opinions in The Sunday Times, The Telegraph,[6] Harper's Bazaar[7] and The Times,[8] etc.[9] Jacqueline is an associate member of the Royal Society of Medicine, and member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.

Jacqueline has been working as a life coach with her private practice based in London's Mayfair.[10] Her practice areas are relationships, anxiety, low confidence/self-esteem, life changes, stress management, and burnout, and advocates the works of Byron Katie, Eckhart Tolle, Marianne Williamson and Dr Wayne Dyer. In 2021, Gregg Wallace credits her with helping relieve anxiety before his stint on BBC Strictly Come Dancing.[11][12][13]

She married Irish businessman Bernard Looney in October 2017. They separated the next year and finalised their divorce in 2019.[2]
