Jack W. Carter[1] (January 18, 1938 – September 5, 2019) was an American politician. He served as a Democratic member for the 146-2 district of the Georgia House of Representatives.[2]

Life and career edit

Carter was born in Cook County, Georgia. He attended Woodrow Wilson College of Law and served in the United States Army.[2]

In 1975, Carter was elected[3] to represent the 146-2 district of the Georgia House of Representatives, serving until 1976.[2]

Carter died on September 5, 2019, at the age of 81.[3]
