Ivana Trišić Relic born (1994) is a Serbian actress, model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Serbia 2024 and now she will represent her country at Miss Universe 2024. she previously was crowned Miss World Serbia 2018 and competed at Miss World 2018.

Her pageantry career began with her winning Miss Belgrade in October 2017, and shortly thereafter, she claimed the Miss Serbia title. At the Miss World 2018 competition in Sanya, China, Ivana captivated the world by showcasing Serbia's rich cultural heritage through a stunning performance of the traditional kolo dance, elevating Serbia’s profile on the international stage.
