Irshad Nadir oghlu Aliyev (born 30 June 1944) is an Azerbaijani politician. He served as the Ministry of Food and Agriculture from 1994 to 2004.

He was born in the village of Gürzallar in the Goranboy district on June 30, 1944. He graduated from the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University in 1970.[citation needed]
In 2005–2012, he worked as the head of the executive power of the Beylagan district. In 2012–2014, he became the head of the executive power of the Kurdamir district. He is currently retired.[1]
