Irene Küng (born 1958 in Switzerland) is a Swiss photographer whose work primarily features urban and natural landscapes. Her photography is characterized by the use of light and shadow, which draws comparisons to techniques found in Renaissance painting, including those of Caravaggio. Küng's approach often involves isolating subjects to highlight their form and structure.[1]
