Hopea ferrea is a species of tree in the family Dipterocarpaceae. It is native to Cambodia, Laos, Peninsular Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.[1][2]

It is the provincial tree of Thailand's Amnat Charoen Province.[citation needed]
