Hüseyin Baş (b. 25 April 1991; Trabzon, Turkey) is a Turkish politician and the incumbent Independent Turkey Party (BTP) chairman. He is the son of Haydar Baş.

Hüseyin Baş was born in Trabzon on April 25, 1991. He attended primary and secondary school in Trabzon, and attended high school in Istanbul. In 2014, he graduated from Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Law. He started his political career by joining the youth branches of the Independent Turkey Party. He served as the BTP Istanbul provincial vice chairman, and was later full vice chairman.[1]
Following the death of his father Haydar Baş on April 14, 2020,[2] he was elected party chairman on April 22, 2020.[3] At the 5th Extraordinary Congress of the BTP held on October 18, 2020, he was re-elected as the party chairman.[1]

He is the son of Haydar Baş, politician and author. He is married and has 2 children.
